Mission
All-Star Talent hired Verb Films to produce a full-service video recruitment campaign for the Campbell Police Department in Campbell, California. The department needed us to highlight their wellness initiative to attract potential candidates to apply. This multi-day production brought us to the Bay Area in and around San Jose twice to capture officers and wellness personnel making a difference in the department.
deliverables
One 60-second hero video featuring three officers and one onsite mental health clinician explaining the importance of overall well-being. Campbell PD shared the video on their application website in hopes of inviting like-minded individuals to consider employment.
